Lee Koehn has over 36 years experience in executive selection, human resources and business management. In 1980, Mr. Koehn founded his own executive search company dedicated to providing the finest in retained executive search services to companies located in the western United States. Since then he has successfully conducted numerous national searches for senior management, Board of Director and Advisory Board positions. His client list includes companies across the industry spectrum, including high technology, data information, financial services, manufacturing and healthcare. Start-ups to Fortune 500 companies have benefited from Mr. Koehn’s partnership approach and the keen insight he brings to the search process. Mr. Koehn has been a community leader in education and economic growth issues and is a co-founder of the Portland, Oregon chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. Prior to starting his own search firm, he was a Human Resource executive for a Northwest based Fortune 500 corporation.
Tyler Kendall’s search experience has spanned over the past 15 years for both local and national firms. Prior to entering the search business, he spent 12 years in accounting and finance in Senior Accountant and Site Controller roles through Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Kendall’s professional practice includes providing executive search consulting to Northwest based clients. His involvement ranges from the assessment of an organization to the hiring of a key individual. His approach to search includes initial candidate sourcing, personal interview and assessment, reference checking, and negotiating candidate compensation packages. Mr. Kendall has worked in a variety of industries and brings a business partner approach to candidate selection.
Mr. Kendall’s current clients span a diverse industry base located in the Pacific Northwest. Industries include manufacturing, banking, engineering, not for profit, and service related companies.
Mr. Kendall received his B.S. in Business Administration from Portland State University in 1982.
As Research Director, Heidi Clark brings her years of experience in staffing, sales, and marketing to the firm. She manages the firm's databases and research activities.
Ms. Clark received her B.S. degree from Oregon State University in 1991.
